For the 1999-2006 BMW Non-M 3-Series, we've bundled together our aluminum radiator, silicone radiator hose kit, performance aluminum fan shroud kit, and racing thermostat.As the stand-out component, our aluminum radiator features full aluminum construction with durable TIG-welded end tanks. This radiator features a 20-percent increase in coolant capacity and a 41-percent increase in air surface area to provide optimal heat dissipation. In addition, our radiator features precise CNC-machined quick disconnect fittings for a hassle-free installation. To supplement our robust radiator, we've included our incredibly durable silicone radiator hose kit. Mishimoto silicone hoses are constructed from high-grade 4-ply silicone with heat-resistant embedded fibers for superior heat and pressure tolerance. In addition, our silicone hose kit includes brand-new quick disconnect hose ends for a durable, leak-free connection. Also included in our Essentials Bundle is the Mishimoto Performance Aluminum Fan Shroud Kit. This kit utilizes a high-flow 16-in electric fan to provide 1850cfm of airflow. The Mishimoto thermostat has a lower activation temperature (158F) than the factory thermostat (206F).
