Return & Refund Policy

Currently we are offering free shipping on all items and it may change in the future. All the items will be shipped out the next business day, and will reach you in 7- 10 days or earlier.Unless mentioned all orders are ground shipments only . 

Returns

If the product is defective or doesnot match the description or you are not interested in the same any more, we are happy to accept a return. You can raise return request by logging into your account on saretailinc.com or you can send a mail at  [email protected] within 30 days from the date of product delivery.

No longer needed?

  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
  • Items(s) must be in original manufacturer packaging, unused and unopened.
  • You are responsible for any cost(s) associated while returning the item to us.
  • Shipping fees and 20% restocking fee will be charged from you.

Received something faulty or not as described?

We shall replace damaged goods with new product (if we have the stock available) or refund you the amount paid  after evaluating your request and receiving the product.The shipping fees will be sent to you incase you ship back the product to us or we shall issue a return shipping label depending on the option available.

 Replacement(s)

We will replace only faulty item(s) or item(s) different from what is described on our website. If you just want replacement with another item, You have to return the item according to return policy and place new order for new item.

 Refund(s)

If the item(s) is faulty or damaged during shipping we shall issue return label for the item or you can ship the product back to us (We shall pay back the shipping cost in this case).The refund will be initiated once the item returns back to our warehouse.

If you return the product because you no longer need it, then we shall refund the amount after charging 20% restocking fee and shipping fees on your refund amount.
